DANCE AGAIN - MEDICUR on AIRCRAFT
I would be grateful for your help. I am going to America in a month & cannot cope without my Medicur box on the journey. Is it possible for you to email me a letter or something to explain that I need this little gadget for medical reasons?I am concerned that airport security will not allow me to take it on the plane.  It has helped me SO much & I am so very grateful to you. I really don't care if the results are psychosomatic or real, I can wear shoes again & walk AND dance with sometimes no pain & at worst, so very little , it's made life so much better for me, thank you....UK  - MEDICUR - MAGNETIC FIELD MEDICAL DEVICE

MTL - You should have little or no problem taking the Medicur away with you. If in any doubts wrap it in 'bubble wrap' in your traveling case. You would not be advised to use it (or even switch it on) actually on the plane itself.


ARTHRITIS IN KNEE
My mother suffers from arthritis in one of her knees.  Would a magnetic bracelet worn on the wrist be any good to her.  I don't quite understand how it all works!....UK

MTL -Yes, a Bracelet could well help. However, a Knee Support may ease the problem a little faster. Applying specialist magnets (as in a Knee Wrap) directly to the problem area generally works better for most people, as long as it is worn. Bracelets on the other hand are very easy to wear.

 
MAGNETIC PROPERTIES
Do magnetic bracelets loose or have their magnetic properties diminished over time?....UK

MTL - All 'magnets' lose there strength (Gauss) over a period of time. Without getting into the physics.....a rule of thumb is the more expensive the magnets are the better they hold there magnetism.


RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME (Many Emails)
My husband suffers from 'restless legs' at night, which means he very seldom gets a good nights sleep. Would magnetic therapy help and would the knee support wrap be the best?......UK

MTL- Restless Legs Syndrome: People with this problem complain of discomfort in their legs (sometimes even arms) that is difficult to describe (often described as "ants crawling up the insides of my legs") and control. The discomfort makes them want to move their legs ( to get up and walk or often even resorting to vigorous exercise) to gain relief. Their legs feel "restless" and this may be associated with other unpleasant sensations including "pins and needles", muscle twitching, or aching. These symptoms generally occur when the patient is sitting quietly or lying in bed.

MTL - Wearing the Green Insoles in a pair of sock in bed at night may well help this condition. We have had good feedback on this problem using the Green Insoles before.
