MAGNETIC THERAPY LTD is an established company registered in England. The strict British laws relating to trade and commerce, advertising and consumer rights will be observed by us, not only to the letter of the law, but also within the spirit the various laws were laid out. This applies to all customers world-wide and is subject only to conditions in sections  two and three.

1  MAGNETIC THERAPY LTD products are guaranteed for a full twelve months subject to normal wear and tear. Products like insoles will wear out in months if worn consistently every day. Magnets themselves should and do last up to ten years. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced, repaired or credit given by mutual agreement. This will be done speedily with the minimum of inconvenience.

2  EXCHANGES/RETURNS - UK Customers (Free).
Should you wish to exchange/return any product for a different size, design, credit, ect, please return the product as new, unused and in a fully re-salable condition together with the packaging and instructions intact within 30 days of purchase. Please include a letter or note explaining the problem and with full contact details (i.e. name address and phone number). The return will be dealt with speedily and you can send it

8  The delivery times quoted apply to the UK and Europe (EEC). Obviously in some countries, their own postal service is not quite as fast.

Health & Safety Notices

(A) We strongly urge all our friends and customers alike...
If you feel unwell please visit your doctor or health professional.
Even if you feel in good health, a periodic check up is always advisable.

(B) Do not use magnetic products if you wear a pacemaker, hearing implant, or any other
implanted electrical or mechanical device.

(C)  As a precaution only, we do not suggest using magnets while pregnant.

(D)  Magnets and magnetic products can effect or even damage any other magnetic product, such as credit cards, cassettes, computer discs, etc.

(E) Wash our magnets regularly in a mild solution of antiseptic. Magnetic products that have material, i.e. Insoles, Pain Relief Wraps, Beds and Pillows.... please follow the washing instruction on the package.

(F) Follow normal safety precautions you would with any products, i.e. keep small metal objects away from small children, do not put small metal objects in any orifices, etc.
