Magnets themselves should and do last up to ten years. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced, credit given or refunded by mutual agreement

Magnets and magnetic products can effect or even damage any other magnetic product, such as credit cards, cassettes, computer discs, etc.

Wash our magnets regularly in a mild solution of antiseptic. Magnetic products that have material, i.e. Insoles, Pain Relief Wraps, Beds and Pillows.... please follow the washing instruction on the package.

Follow normal safety precautions you would with any products, i.e. keep small metal objects away from small children, do not put small metal objects in any orifices, etc.
