MAGNETIC SPRING IN YOUR STEP

  Spring is on the way. As I write I can see Tulips Daffodils and Hyacinths bursting in to life. I wonder? Are my readers bursting in to life, or are they still stuck in the depths of winter. Are you still hibernating? I ponder on the fact that so many people fail to take reasonability for their own health. I like to think that I in a small way can help.

Spring a great time to start that exercise programme that you promised yourself years ago. Exercise is not strolling along looking into shop windows. Meaningful exercise is pushing yourself just that little bit extra, then a little more, and a little more. Under supervision of course. Do your feet feel too sore after a brisk walk? Obviously walking is not for you. Perhaps a well motivated person would try using “Magnetic Insoles”. Perhaps you feel too tired to take exercise? Perhaps due to a poor sleeping pattern!
