A LASTING PRESENT

This is the time of year that many people dread. The long evenings, the cold weather, and the winter blues. Forget all that! It is Christmas soon. A time of joy. A time for giving. Be generous, with your time and your resources. These three spirits, the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future, as Charles Dickens would say.

A time to plan a different life for next year.

Do you take analgesics (pain killers) or anti-arthritic preparations?  Do these drugs give you unpleasant side effects? What is stopping you leading an active life style? Have you envied friends older than you who are more active than yourself? Have you noticed that these same people are happier than you?

Genuine and sustainable life changes require planning and commitment. Start now!

I always recommend walking as the first step to fitness. One walk non-stop of  50% further than usual. In anticipation of sore feet from unexpected use I recommend “Magnetic Insoles 100 plus”. Placed in the shoes before starting.
