BODY FILTRATION AND MAGNETIC THERAPY By Peter Rose FSI
We all know that machinery has to be maintained, that if filters are allowed to clog up the machine will eventually breakdown. Our bodies are no different. What is a bit surprising is the amount and diverseness of the filtration and elimination that goes on within the human body.
When we put food or drink in our mouth the separation; filtration; starts straight away. This process continues right through, the mouth the stomach the small intestine and the bowel, finally reaching the elimination stage. At various points along this path, specific filters and siphoning systems take out and add back in the parts of the chemical soup that our food and drink get turned into. When we breathe in the system starts to filter, separate and eliminate the gas we have breathed in. The nose starts this process, the trachea, bronchial tree, lungs and intercostal muscles all work with the blood to complete the process. The liver and kidneys are the main filters with the lungs being the gas filter system. The blood carries nutrients, oxygen and waste or toxic materials, until they are filtered out or used.
Clog up your lungs, kidneys or liver; weaken the ability of the blood to transport things to the filers, and you are in trouble. You are also causing problems if the elimination of waste material is not in good shape. Elimination of carbon monoxide, urine and solid waste, needs to be working well or it will back up the system and so clog up the filters
This advice also applies to all parts of the human existence, spirit, emotions, mind and body. Allow wrong thoughts and feeling to stagnate within you and the system starts to get fouled up and decay sets in. Allow the mind to be clogged up with debris from experiences that should be way in the past and your mental filtration and elimination system gets slowed down leading to new thought processes getting slowed.
What do you do about it?
1. Reduce the amount of waste materials you put into the system.
2. Exercise your spirit, emotions, mind and body; to keep pathways flexible and open.
3. Eat, drink and breathe well and use magnetic therapy to improve flow, to reduce the clogging and to keep those filters working. It is a bit like the old fashioned pictures of log jams in a river, if all the logs are lined up parallel to the river bank the logs keep flowing down the river. Magnets do that, they ensure things line up relative to each other.
So adding the great cleansers of the blood; garlic and ginger, to diet, eating fish oils, doing yoga, allowing time and space for mediation and use magnetic therapy, these will all help. These things should be part of our daily lives, not once a week special events but part of the fabric of our day to day activities. Keep the filters clean and you do not have to start thinking about how you replace them.
