Keeping our balance.

We are always being advised that maintaining a balance is beneficial. Keep a balance between work and play, between ambition and realism. We need to laugh as well as cry. We need to rejoice as well as sorrow. We need to give praise as well as criticism. We need to receive as well as give.

Balance is shown in my dictionary as being equilibrium, as being harmony between parts of the whole. Balance is needed within something as well as between that thing and the rest of creation. This is where Magnetic Therapy comes into its own. All the natural therapies aim to restore balance within the body; they aim to restore the balance between flows of energy, between the pull of muscles, between Yin and Yang. Magnets do all of this and more. Magnets improve the natural flow of blood and energy, they allow the body to re-balance itself.

Avoiding falls.

As we move on through our later years we need to look at keeping a physical balance as well as emotional balance. Physical balance, keeping upright, becomes not only harder but more important. Our bones become more fragile and our own ability to psychically heal gets slower. We need to balance this with being smarter with our application of healing care.

The old saying that pride comes before the fall, has a stark reality when we get older. Being too proud, or stubborn, to use walking sticks, hand rails etc will lead to an unnecessary fall. Get smart. Use help to keep your balance. Use sticks, use hand rails.

If you are not already doing it, take up yoga. If you used to do yoga, return to it. Do a little every day. Five minutes a day adds up to thirty hours a year. It helps!

Recovery.

If you do have a fall, take time to get up. Check what damage has been done before trying to leap to your feet again. Allow some one to help. Since the natural ability to repair structural damage, is reduced over time, then use magnetic therapy to speed up your recovery time. There are magnet enhanced aids to help with injuries to every part of the body, from knee wraps to shoulder supports, from backs to wrists. All have a place. Just look through the list of specialist supports, everything you need is there. You can even enroll on an on line study course, to learn how to use Magnetic Therapy to help other people.

Conclusions.

Take more care, take some time, use magnetic therapy supports and always remember that  this aspect of getting on in years, need not be a cause of you giving up “life”
