CONCLUSIONS

Arthritis is one of the most common ailments that affect people. While it is most common in those over 60 years old it can affect any one at any age. Being over weight and under active seems to increase the chance of suffering from it. “Old” injuries, which you may have recovered from and forgotten about, can often be the location for arthritis.
