ANXIETY THE ILLNESS
By Peter Rose FSI

Contents include; levels of anxiety, nervousness, fear, excess stress levels.

Anxiety as an illness is very different from the relatively low level of anxiety we all feel when anticipating something that could go against us. Anxiety as an illness is a debilitating problem that adversely affects every aspect of the victim’s life. While anxiety and depression are often linked together and often anti depressant medications are prescribed for anxiety, they are not the same thing. It is possible to be depressed without having high level anxiety, you can be suffering from anxiety without being depressed but this is much less common.

Anxiety
SYMPTOMS INCLUDE

1)       Very low self esteem.
2)       Difficulty making even small decisions
3)       Constant tiredness
,nervousness, fear, excess stress levels.
4)       Irritability and impatience with others
5)       Difficulty sleeping. Nightmares
6)       Fear of just about anything and everything
7)       Some times there is a veneer, a mask, of aggressiveness to hide the above symptoms

DESCRIPTION
This is quite a difficult condition to define absolutely, in some ways the symptoms shown above are a description. People who suffer anxiety are often people with “expedient” natures, I am not sure if this is a cause or an effect but they tend to only act for the short term. Whilst a person suffering from anxiety usually relies on others to make decisions and “take care of them”, they also seem to resent this and can have irrational burst of bad temper, mostly aimed at the person who cares. In a way similar to depression, the person who seems to “suffer” most is the one who loves the victim. The patient will often have an inability to consistently carry through courses of treatment, giving up at first sign of a problem or if they think taking too long without effect. This can make solutions more difficult that need me

SOLUTIONS 1
Anti depressant medication
Relaxation techniques
Yoga
Aromatherapy
Short term counseling to try and find if there is a “knowable” cause; without adding to the low self esteem.
Finding ways to boost the self esteem Find some thing the patient is good at and work on it.
Praise . Small step progression do not aim for instant cure, one tiny step at a time, Remember each “failure” adds to the anxiety so make sure each step is achievable BY THE PATIENT
Regular exercise
Homoeopathic Arum met 30C
Sleep under a Magnetic Overlay MB-1 MB-2 MB-3 MB-6 . Judging by the feedback of users these have been found to be very effective. However like all good solutions these are not cheap. If money is an issue try a magnetic pillow MP-1 and MP-2
Wear magnetic jewellery preferably the Premier Ball Bracelet.
Comfort Necklaces
The Premier Ball Bracelet
Magnetic Overlays

Causes
This is probably one of the most difficult things to find. Some patients have a known reason for anxiety; child hood traumas that the mind will not let go of, this would be relatively easy to find. In most cases the patient does not know the cause not consciously anyway; some advocate hypnosis to find the cause but this should be treated with extreme caution, finding a cause and bringing it into the open without a solution is dangerous. There is also the ever present risk that a patient may bring out a memory of a dream, or of a witnessed event that they bring out as real and actual to them, thus setting up a totally false situation. The Spleen is an organ related to grief and often anxiety is grief related. Check the spleen function ensure the blood is in good condition, low iron in blood leads to low oxygen take up and so to poor energy levels. This can add to anxiety

SOLUTIONS 2
If the blood quality is suspected of being poor in iron, use a liquid iron “tonic” supplement to be taken with food. Concentrating iron, via tablets, in the gut can be counter productive.

Diet; check that all the vitamins and minerals are contained in the diet Use the solutions described above.

Effects
The effect of anxiety can ruin a person’s life, it can also ruin otherwise meaningful relationships, this then adds to the decreasing spiral of anxiety.

CONCLUSIONS
Anxiety is bad to suffer from and bad to witness in a loved one. It is hard to diagnose and harder to escape from. Persistence, love and high quality support from those around the victim are necessary
