SUBTLE ENERGY AND TIME.
By Peter Rose FSI

Those types of therapy that utilize subtle energies, Reiki and healing are the most common, work with the energy of the body and some form or other of “cosmic” or “spiritual” energy. Therapies such as Acupuncture, Magnetic Therapy, and Shiatsu etc usually work with a mixture of direct physical and subtle energy. Herbal medicine works on the physical while Homoeopathy and flower essences seem to work on subtle energies. Subtle energy works first to balance and correct the patients own subtle energies and then this in turn works on the physical. Cellular structure, blood, tissue and muscle and particularly bone, take it to be formed- manufactured- and so it is going to be a while between getting the energy balance right and the correction of any physical problem.

COPING STRATEGIES
This is where coping strategies come in, support bandages etc. It is also why posture is important in some cases. If the energy is right but the posture or some other causal situation is not corrected, then, by the time the physical starts to be corrected the problem will have returned. Remember always that everything is reciprocal; if your energies are out of balance it affects the physical. If the physical is not correct it affects the energies. If the subtle energies are not right the body will suffer, if the physical body is suffering the subtle energies will be affected. If your life style or emotional problems are the cause of your problems and these continue without change, they will continue to adversely affect your body. It is no good mending a broken leg then jumping off a cliff again and expecting to be uninjured.

EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS
The part of healing that utilizes subtle energy can help emotional problems, but it does use up physical energy. Patients undergoing rebalancing and repairs to emotional conditions will feel tired they will feel drained of energy but this passes  Magnetic Therapy is so very useful because in the first case it treats both physical and subtle and in the second case it acts, if used correctly, as a coping support during the adjustment and healing process.
