MAGNET THERAPY AND BODY ENERGY

By Peter Rose FSI

Despite the cold winds it is getting warmer, and I am not talking about the inevitable cycle of the planet earth, that causes climate change. I am talking about summer.  In summer we wear less, we are out of doors more, and most people get more physical exercise than they do during winter months. Many people also change their diet.
How does this affect our health and how can we use magnets to alleviate adverse changes?
Used correctly, the summer is a time to restock the body with vital vitamins and energy to see us through next winter. Used incorrectly and the body is depleted rather that energized. Re-stocking consists of four phases.

Input, Conversion, Distribution and Storage.

Storage is dependent on a number of factors, including your personal metabolism, the level of healthy activity in the organs and flesh. The blood and cardio -vascular system are the means of  distribution. And magnets can help a great deal in improving the quality and flow of blood. Conversion is down to the digestive system and again this involves flows of liquids; bile, digestive acids etc. So there is a job for magnets here as well.
One of the changes we make in summer is the increase in physical activity, gardening, walking, sports etc. This increase can initially result in stiff and stressed muscles, magnets help relieve the discomfort and speed up recovery. This allows you to carry on with the essential activity that aids good health and well-being.
So magnet therapy will aid your bodies summer re-stocking schedule.

Please remember magnets should not be used if you have a pacemaker or any other electro-mechanical device, fitted. Pain that persists or comes on without obvious cause, should be examined by a qualified medical practitioner.
